When you contact us
The contact form sends your name, email, optional company and message through EmailJS to our business email. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss work with you. We do not include them in Meta events. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the form. Booking links open Google Calendar, where Google provides its own privacy information.
Optional marketing with Meta
Only after you actively accept marketing do we load Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We send a PageView when you view a page and a Lead when our email service confirms that your enquiry was sent. A booking-link click is not a confirmed booking and is not sent as a booking event.
The Pixel can send page URLs, event times, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers to Meta. Meta can connect these signals with other information, including a Facebook or Instagram account, for ad measurement and personalisation. Our integration disables automatic event setup and does not pass contact-form fields or advanced matching details.
Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc to recognise browsers and relate visits to ads. Meta determines their lifetimes and its own retention of received data; see Meta’s cookie and privacy policies for current details. The Pixel is not loaded before consent, after declining, or when JavaScript is unavailable.
You can decline as easily as accept. Use Privacy choices in the footer, or Withdraw marketing consent when enabled. Withdrawal stops further tracking, removes accessible first-party Meta cookies and reloads the page to unload the Pixel. It does not undo data already sent or delete cookies held on Meta’s domains. You can also manage cookies in your browser and data in your Meta account.

We remember your marketing choice, notice version and choice date in this browser for up to 180 days, then ask again. This preference is not sent to Meta. Theme, motion and language preferences are stored separately so the site remembers your choices. Clearing browser storage may remove these preferences.
Website analytics
The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics for website usage measurement, separately from optional Meta marketing. Read Vercel’s privacy information for how that service handles analytics data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Contact us about information we hold and Meta about information it controls. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Service providers may process data outside Norway and the EEA. Their privacy information describes locations, retention and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not claim that withdrawing consent here deletes information already received by a provider.
